Thank you for
your interest in membership on the Recipient Rights Advisory Committee.
The committee
requirements and an application for membership are provided through the
blue buttons at left.
Please
complete the entire application then submit it to the address noted on
the last page of the application. Upon receipt of your
application, it will be reviewed for completeness. You will be
notified in writing that your application has been received, also, you
may be asked for further information.
NOTE:
Application reviews are based on committee vacancies. When vacancies
do occur, the members of the Committee will review the applications to
make recommendations to the Oakland County Community Mental Health
Authority Board.
All members
of the Advisory Committee are appointed by the Oakland County Community
Mental Health Authority Board.
If you are
interested in attending a Recipient Rights Advisory Committee meeting,
we welcome your attendance. The RRAC meets on the first Thursday
of every month at 5:30 pm.
Transportation and/or mileage reimbursement is provided if needed for
members of the RRAC. Unfortunately, due to
limited funding, we are unable to provide transportation or mileage
reimbursement to visitors/guests for attending the meetings.
