Community Mental Health authority or one of its contracted or
subcontracted agencies, and your job is one of the following:

Supports Coordinator or
Case Manager

Case Work Supervisor

Intake Worker
-
Utilization
Review/Utilization Management
-
PCP Facilitator
-
Creating or reviewing
authorizations for service Independent supports coordinator or
supports broker

Recipient Rights Officer
-
Ombudsman or Customer
Services Specialist
Due Process Training Process:
If your job is in this list,
you must also take the annual
Recipient Rights Update Training and Test.
If your job is not one of the above, you must only take the annual
Recipient Rights Update
Training and Test.
