You are required to take the Due Process Annual Training and Test if you work for Oakland County Community Mental Health authority or one of its contracted or subcontracted agencies, and your job is one of the following:

  • Supports Coordinator or Case Manager

  • Case Work Supervisor

  • Intake Worker

  • Utilization Review/Utilization Management

  • PCP Facilitator

  • Creating or reviewing authorizations for service Independent supports coordinator or supports broker

  • Recipient Rights Officer

  • Ombudsman or Customer Services Specialist

Annual Update Training

Take the Test

If your job is in this list, you must also take the annual Recipient Rights Update Training and Test.

If your job is not one of the above, you must only take the annual Recipient Rights Update Training and Test.

If you still have questions about whether this training is required for your job, please talk to your supervisor, or the Human Resources or Training Department at your agency.
