The Customer Services Team
is intended to ensure that consumers/callers are adequately and
satisfactorily connected to the person centered planning process and
principles as well as the appropriate resources and services in the
community. This is achieved through individual and ‘one to one’
responses to a person’s concerns and issues. Resolution to
concerns and issues is achieved through education, information
gathering/sharing, advocacy and support. This Team also assists
consumers/callers to link to supports and services outside the public
Mental Health Service system such as Social Security Administration,
Department of Human Services, Probate Court, etc.
