The Improving
Practices Team is part of the Oakland County Community Mental
Health Authority’s interagency structure that supports current
and new best practices while utilizing existing structures and
strengths. The Authority’s Improving Practices Leadership
Team is a team of Authority staff, Core Provider Agency staff,
Peer Support staff/consumers, and a secondary consumer/advocate.
