Recipient Rights Training

All employees must receive an orientation to recipient rights from their employer before they can work with any recipients.

All employees must receive an approved initial training (a.k.a. Basic Training) in recipient rights within 30 days of their hire date. Proof of this training must be provided to the Office of Recipient Rights as requested.

All employees must receive an Annual Update training in recipient rights on an annual basis from their date of hire.
